Positive Notice Development Class
This class is an extension of the Energy Awareness class and we meet several times a month at 7:00 p.m. The goal is to provide methods for you to continue to become aware of the energy around you. No prerequisite is required. Stop by for an interesting and fun class that will teach you a variety of methods. There is a $10 love offering is appreciated.

Reiki Level 1 through Master/Teacher Level are offered on weekends to try to accommodate those with busy schedules.
Intro to Reflexology
This one hour class was created at the request of an individual to learn more about Reflexology. In this class, I will share the history, what Reflexology is and how Reflexology works with the body, mind, and spirit. Additionally, I will share some “self relaxation” techniques that you can practice on yourself or others.
Energy Awareness
Have you noticed that so many are talking about “energy”? This class is designed to share with you an awareness of what “energy” is, as well as, how it can impact you. Additionally, we will discuss and practice ways of changing the energy within and around us. This is an interactive class that will be intriguing, humorous and inspiring.
